My dog has allergies, can he/she eat your treats?
Yes. No artificial ingredient is added to our formulations, it is only vegan based ingredients that are all approved by Health Canada. Also, for people allergic to nuts, our treats are manufactured in our peanut-free facility.
How many calories are in your treats?
All of our heart shaped treats contain approximately 7-8 calories per treat because of their size.
For a less caloric treat, our mini treats are only 13 mm in diameter and contain only 2 calories per treat.
How many treats per bag?
There are approximately 95 treats per 170g pouches
For our mini treats, a 170g pouch contain approximately 315 treats.
What is the texture of your treats?
Our treats easily break under the tooth. They do not contain vegetal glycerin therefore they are not soft.
Are there any contraindications to my dog eating your treats?
No, unless your dog is pregnant or nursing. If you have any questions or if your dog is taking medication, consult a veterinarian.
What is the shelf life of your treats?
The shelf life of our treats is 24 months. The lot number and the best-before date are indicated on the pouch.

Where are your treats made?
All our treats are manufactured by us in our East Broughton, Quebec facility.
How do you use fruits and vegetables in your process?
Every formulation is made from a whole fresh fruit or vegetable that is reduced into a puree by us inhouse.
Why do you dehydrate your treats at low temperatures?
We dehydrate our treats at a low temperature to ensure we preserve all the active molecules of our functional ingredients as well as to preserve the antioxidants, natural colors of the fruits, herbs and algae used in the different formulations.
Are all your ingredients approved by a regulatory body?
Yes. Every ingredient in every formulation is approved by Health Canada.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders above 45$ before taxes.

What are the shipping delays?
Upon receiving your order, your package will leave our facility 24 – 48 hours later. Based on reasonable delivery delays, you should receive your order between 4 – 7 business days after completing your order.
